I’m a Los Angeles based editor cutting for commercials, video game cinematics, music videos, and films.

I work across time-zones, on-set, in studio, and remotely.

Collaboration is at the heart of what I do. With an eye for detail, I dig for associations in color, composition and movement to help craft story, rhythm and emotion.

I have extensive experience working in VFX and anim pipelines.

I was born in Ohio, and started by cutting Super 8mm on light tables. I moved to the left coast after a 13 year stint in NYC, where I collaborated directly with agency studios shooting, directing, and editing commercial projects.

Before that, I worked for the modern architecture firm GLUCK+ making architectural videos in collaboration with the design firm Pentagram. I also shot a Wu Tang music video (People Say), helped creative direct /make, a branded content series for Samsung, and directed a couple of short films.

I love movies and spend a lot of time bouncing around the LA rep circuit, getting a little too excited for a nice 35mm print.
